Equation

Equation is a series of photographs that aim to find connections between seemingly unrelated objects and scenes. This project was inspired by my realization of how much we miss in our various environments. Because we are moving too fast and lazer-focused on specific tasks. We think too much about our destination and not enough about the journey to it.
Creating Equation has made me a much better observer of my environment—a unique tapestry of light, weather, changing scenery, and happenings on the street.
The motivation behind embarking on this project stems from the realization that in today's fast-paced world, it's all too easy to overlook the beauty and significance of the seemingly mundane aspects of life.
This image shows the base of a large tree in a forested area. The tree trunk has a distinct texture with rough, vertical bark and a few patches of green moss. The roots spread out widely at the base, anchoring the tree to the forest floor, which is covered with dry, brown leaves and small twigs. A blue paint mark is visible on the lower part of the trunk, indicating some sort of marking or identification. The surrounding area is shaded with patches of sunlight filtering through the trees.
